AW 100

Fast running universally applicable machine of advanced design for wire up to 1,2 mm diameter. Due to its innumerable special accessories this machine is well qualified for both the production of small batches and the repair of small motors. It is easy to handle, and it can be reset practically without effort. The electronical speed regulation is of great advantage permitting optimal adaptation of speed to wire diameter and operating conditions. The SPS takes over the control and counting of the winding process.

AW 180

The AW 180 is an extremely sturdy Armature winding machine for winding with anchors of different types with exchangeable winding heads for single as well as multiple wire ending either with straight or with slanted slots. Replaceable guiding units for two-pole, for four-pole or multiple-pole winding.
Through the electronical speed the winding speed can be made suitable steeples and optimal to the working conditions.
The SPS takes over the control and counting of the winding process.

AW 250

The AW 250 is an extremely sturdy Armature winding machine for winding with big anchors of different types with exchangeable winding heads for single as well as multiple wire ending either with straight or with slanted slots. Replaceable guiding units for two-pole, for four-pole or multiple-pole winding.
Through the electronical speed the winding speed can be made suitable steeples and optimal to the working conditions.
The SPS takes over the control and counting of the winding process.

AWA 120

This improved armature winder AWA 120 is used for automatic winding of armatures with straight or slanted slots in H-winding as well as winding loops on the outer diameter for better recognition of the windings.
After manual insertion, automatic winding is effected which is possible for different loop lengths.
Due to a large variety winding heads which can be easily exchanged as well as wire guide- and clamping elements, this automate offers several advantages, flexible tooling for instance, which maximises shift production and minimises downtime.

The AWA 120 is an economical machine for winding with wires up to 1,2 mm diameter and best in use for middle-sized series with a cost - efficient, high - volume production.

DAW

The DAW is a high-speed processing automatic machine for winding three-poled small armatures. It is efficiently usable for production of large series as well as for smaller series. The procedure used here by winding of all three armature poles in stop-position of the armature offers various advantages compared with other procedures, e.g. in view of filling factor, imbalance and connections. A maximum of 99 programmes with working data is storable and retrievable if required in the control unit. Due to its simple handling with clear- text display, the machine can be operated even by semi-skilled operators without any problem.
An extremely quiet and long working life will be a distinguishable feature of the machine.
