W 10

The W 10 is a compact special high speed fine wire winding machine and on a stable working construction.
It´s conceived according to standard as a single head machine, is also upgradeable to a multi-winder.
The winding process is effected with processing a respective program selected from the program storage. The PLC effects all control functions in connection with clear text display as well as counting forward and backward. In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of programming, the control desk was equipped with a Touch screen display.
An extremely economical production is guaranteed, due to a high maximum speed, simple handling and the automatic winding process.
The machine will be produced with the famous quality of F.U.R. All parts of our machines are corrosion resistant. All drives have enough power for a long working life, even under the most strenuous operating conditions.

W 15

The W 15 is a compact special high speed fine wire winding machine and on a stable working construction.

It has a fast action safety tensioner at the tailstock. This machine is suitable for single as well as multiple winding of relay coils, small layer coils, small transformers, transistor output connectors and so on, with high winding speed.
An extremely economical production is guaranteed, due to a high maximum speed, simple handling and the automatic winding process.

The machine will be produced with the famous quality of F.U.R.. All parts of our machines are corrosion resistant. All drives have enough power for a long working life, even under the most strenuous operating conditions.

W 20-4

The layer winding machine W 20-4 is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding layer coils of different diameters and geometries.
It is designed for round and flat wire wrapping.
The special feature of this machine is that on the one hand, similar to the W 15-6, it can only produce single coils and, on the other hand, with the corresponding workpiece fixture, double coils with winding jumps. That is, in this case, the winding process is operated only with 2 wire guide due to the special winding.
Due to the physical and geometrical characteristics of the body to be wound, the machine is equipped with a mechanical counter bearing and with a wire guide set for simultaneous winding of up to 4 spools. Due to these characteristics, the machine is equipped with a reinforced linear axis and four wire guides.
It is important to note that all four bodies to be wound must have the same geometry and be wound with the same wire strength.
Programming is done via a PLC control. The control of the machine is carried out via a control panel and additional function keys located on the machine housing.
Thanks to the electronic speed control, the winding speed can be infinitely and thus optimally adapted to the working conditions.
All winding parameters are entered via a touch screen display operator guidance. The winding process is carried out automatically in processing of the stored and selected program (50 programs possible).

W 30

The W 30-S is used for winding coils capable of all kinds as Transfor-matoren-, field, apparatus, Schei ben-, solenoids, etc ..
Wide range of accessories enables optimal adaptation to that ro-bust universal machine in each winding task, even for rewinding.

W 40

The W 40-S is used for winding coils capable of all kinds, such as transformers, field, equipment, disc, solenoids, etc ..
It is suitable for single as well as multiple Wick-lung high turns.

Wide range of accessories such as the film winding station with cutting device allows the opti-male adaptation of this rugged Universalmaschi plans to wrap each task, even for rewinding.

WF 40

The WF 40 is a Layerwinding machine equipped with a double foil dereeler and integrated wire dereeler.

It is constructed for a continuously running production that winds transformer coils for high- and low voltage transformers.

There are different ways to wind:

This machine can be equipped with a work place for sitting or standing.
The controls are installed ergonomically for the operator.

For easy handling, there is a 3-step foot pedal. This is used for the starting speed of rotation, main winding rotation speed and reverse rotation.

The foil lapse is realized via special guidance systems. Thereby a shift of foil is impended and reached an exact overlap. The insulation ensued manual with preprogrammed lengths.

Its considerable appliances make it possible to match every winding operation. The W 40-S is also suitable for rewinding

W 60

The layer winding machine W 60 is an extremely sturdy, all-purpose machine for winding coils capable of all kinds, such as Transformer, field, equipment, disc, solenoids, etc ..
An electronic speed control, the winding speed can be continuously and therefore optimally adapted to the working conditions.
The wire transfer is via a servo linear guide unit and is also adjustable. All winding parameters (winding speed, direction of rotation of the spindle, laying feed, turns and coil parameters (teaching methods) are entered via a display user interface.

The winding process is automatic in execution of the memorized and selected program. A PLC in connection with clear text display takes over all control functions.
In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of programming, the control desk was equipped with a touchscreen display.
Wide range of accessories enables optimal adaptation of this robust universal machine on each winding task.
Parts liable to corrosion surfaces are protected. All drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the highest possible service life, even in the harshest conditions.

W 80

The Winding bench W 80 is a universally applicable equipment to be used for all kinds of layer windings such as for transformer coils, disk cylinder coils etc.
This machine is able to wind up to six copper flat wires or rather springs, at the same time on one coil body (see technical data).
Winding speed is regulated steplessly by means of electronical control of number of turns. This allows for optimum adaption to working conditions.
wireguidance is effected by means of a Servo linear guiding unit which is also regulated steplessly. all winding parameters like quantity of windings, rotational direction of the spindle, traversing pitch, number of turns and as well as coil parameters (Teach-In method) are entered via operations display.

The winding process is effected withprocessing a respectiveprogram selected from the programstorage (20 Programs maximum capacity). The PLC effects all control functions in connection with clear text display as well as counting forward and backward.
Various accessories available to realise the different winding tasks of this extremely sturdy construction.

Further software or rather electric types are naturally deliverable.

W 100

The layer winding machine W 100 is an extremely sturdy, all-purpose machine for winding big layer coils.
When winding rectangular coils an pneumatic pressure device on the wire driver presses the wire to the bottom layer. Compared to the winding without contact pressure is higher "fill level" is possible. Frequently impermissible "bulges" (prescribed geometric relationships, eg mounting dimensions) can be avoided.

WH 25

The layer winding machine WH 25 is an
extremely sturdy, all-purpose machine for
winding layer coils of various diameters.

W25-VS

The W 25-VS layer winding machine is a simplified but extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding small position coils, small transformers, relay coils, etc.
Due to the high winding speeds, it can be used for efficient winding in high productivity.

Due to the preselectable counter for forward and backward counting in both directions of displacement, the machine is braked down to a creep speed and shortly before the end winding number is reached the machine will be stopped.

Light switches are used to display and change the winding direction by hand.

The adjustment feed can be precisely adjusted to the wire diameter by infinitely variable adjustment.
The coupling can be easily guided by handwheel to any position by disengaging the installation feed.

RW 3

The rotor winding machine RW 3 is a very solid
and all-purpose machine for taping of rotors with
polyester fiberglass tape under very high initial
tension and various diameters.
The tape is fixed after the completion of the
winding process by heat temple.
Through the electric revolutions regulation the
winding speed is continuously adjustable and
therefore optimised adjusted to working conditions.
Hitachi touch screen SPS-control. Cycle-control.
In this machine you can save up more than 50
programs.
All parameters are free programmable; winding
count, revolutions (continuously), pitch device
(continuously), spindle position, in hundredths
per turn, start and stop ramps.

RW 30

Through the electric revolutions regulation the winding speed is continuously adjustable and therefore optimised adjusted to working conditions.
Hitachi touch screen SPS-control. Cycle-control. In this machine you can save up more than 50 programs.
With the optional available LAN ports you can execute as much programs as you want externally.
All parameters are free programmable; winding count, revolutions (continuously), pitch device (continuously), spindle position, in hundredths per turn, start and stop ramps.

RW 60

The rotor winding machine RW 60 is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine to wind rotors with Kevlar tape under very high initial load and of different diameter.
Thanks to the electronic speed control, the winding speed can be infinitely and thus optimally adapted to the working conditions.
In order to achieve a simplified and clear operation of programming, the control panel was equipped with a touchscreen display.
Due to the cycle control at least 50 programs can be stored.
With the optional LAN interface many programs can be managed externally.
All parameters are freely programmable; Number of turns, speed (stepless), feed (stepless), advance direction, spindle position in a hunderdth second per turn, start and stop ramps.
The rotor winding machine RW 60 is a very solid and all-purpose machine for taping rotors with Kevla-tape under very high initial tension and various diameters.

ELW ATM

The ELW-ATM was designed specifically for easy Bewicklungsaufgaben in the wire, cable and hose industry. They wound coils with straight or bi-conical flanges, automatically controlled by electronic programs for all winding data. All parameters are freely programmable and widerabrufbar. Procedures are optional.

M-1000 ATM

BM-Läufer 1000

The Rotorary machine BM-Runner 1000 is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding big rotors with polyester fiberglass tape with very high preliminary tensions made with different diameters.

This taping machine is made as a very welded steel construchtion for highest demands.
The rotor will be clamped into two centering tips, between impulse flange and rotating center points on tailstock center.
The isolation occurs by a lacing machine with Hysterese-brake. A uniform strap, as well as several straps can be installed to outgoing different positions.
The lacing unit is coupled by a tape welding device which fixes the respective tape end precisely by a heat stamp

The winding zone is secured by light barriers or security fence on the operator's side. The external control unit desk has rolls and is located beyond the security zone.

Both other sides of working field can be secured with protective fences or a security scanner according to the workplace design.
Due to achieving a more simplistic and clear handling of the machine programs, the control unit was build with a touchscreen.
All parameter settings f.e. number of turns, coil speed, feed rate of startramp and stopramp are freely programmable.
The current parameters will be shown on the display. Electronic speed control unit ensures adjustable stepless winding speed for optimal working terms.
