DBH 5-S

The DBH5-S (Servo) is an innovative modification of the well-tried mica-strip winding machine DBH5 comprising a similar range of applications. It serves for winding of round resistance wires or flat wires with corresponding flexural moments onto carrier strips of different forms and materials like Mikanite, Mica-strips and other materials.

Since the DBH5-Servo is furnished with PLC-control, it allows automatic winding of stored programs. The PLC -control is self-learning and displaying plain text, programs can be stored and recalled at any time thus facilitating the work of the operator.
In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of programming, the control desk was equipped with a Touchscreen display.
The standard machine type is equipped with a 160 cm3 /to relate to DBH5 90 cm3 magazine and feeding device.
All parts of our machines are corrosion resistant. All drives have enough power for a long working life, even under extreme working conditions.

M 1000

The winding principle of M 1000 is based on a fixed wire guide and a movable coil.

The coil is fixed on one side by a three-jaw system, and then inserted with the movable counter-bearing in the spindle housing.

In winding process, the anvil is moved on the mounted linear guide according to the selected feeder.

In the starting position, the so-called wire tray is fixed, and thereafter, he winding process can be started.

WWM 10

The WWM-10 is designed for the winding of all kinds of base material. Processable are round and flat materials up to a diameter of 10mm.

All parameters are freely programmable and recallable. Dereelers, wind-up installations as well as resistance value regulators are optional.
Because of the modular construction of the machine custom specifications are easy to integrate, such as for example taping installation, cutting device, heating system etc.
