M1000-ATM

The winding principle of M 1000 is based on a fixed wire guide and a movable coil.

The coil is fixed on one side by a three-jaw system, and then inserted with the movable counter-bearing in the spindle housing.

In winding process, the anvil is moved on the mounted linear guide according to the selected feeder.

In the starting position, the so-called wire tray is fixed, and thereafter, he winding process can be started.

ELW ATM

The ELW-ATM was designed specifically for easy winding-tasks in the wire, cable and hose industry. They wound layer coils with straight or bi conical flanges, automatically controlled by electronic programs and stored winding data. All parameters are freely programmable and retrievable. Roller runners are optional.

UWM 20

The UWM20-ATM 6 permits automatic winding of bobbins with straight or cone-shaped flanges. Winding will be precise with winding data stored in electronical, presettable programs.
In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of programming, the control desk was equipped with a Touchscreen display.
All parameters are freely programmable and recallable. Dereelers are optional.

UWM 20-ATM6

The UWM20-ATM 6 permits automatic winding of bobbins with straight or cone-shaped flanges. Winding will be precise with winding data stored in electronical, presettable programs.
In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of programming, the control desk was equipped with a Touchscreen display.
All parameters are freely programmable and recallable. Dereelers are optional.

UWM 20-ATM-S

The UWM20 ATM-S is a machine with special design capable of performing the manifold winding tasks arising in wire-, cable and tube processing. The machine permits automatic winding of bobbins with straight or cone-shaped flanges. UWM 25-S

The UWM 25-S is a rewinding machine especially designed for filling wire magazines for the DBH series.
The winding process is simplified as a mechanical design.
The assembly and removal of the magazine can be carried out in a few steps.
Feed and speed are set by means of potentiometers. The values can also be regulated during the winding process.
Due to the achievable high speed and easy operation, the UWM proves to be a rational additional machine for filling wire magazines.

All parts of our machines are corrosion resistant. All drives have enough reserves to achieve the longest possible service life even under extreme operating conditions.

UWM 30-ATM12

The UWM 30 was specifically designed for the different winding applications
in the wire, cable and tubing industry. They wound coils with straight
or biconical flanges, automatically precise,
controlled by electronic programs.
With the wire winding UWM30 can be equipped with up to 16 wires - especially steel wires -
accordance with high strength in the dimensions

UWM 350-ATM1-550

With the wire winding UWM350-ATM1-550 can Wires - specially winding steel wire with high strength.
The spooled wires are passed through a wire guide unit with wheels on the reel. At the same time is a length of wire measurement.
The entire rewinding process is fully automatic in execution of the memorized and selected program (50 programs available).
The dereeler ATM1-550 is a wire dereeler rack for large wire coils.

A constant power wire tension realized via a spring loaded dancer system and an electronically controlled brake system. As a rule brakes hysteresis brake used. The dancer position is opto-electronically produced he summarizes (optical-sensor distance measurement) and transferred to the braking control system and a corresponding braking current.
The controlled braking system provides high rewinding speed with sufficient winding quality.

WS 70-ATM8

The winding principle of WS-70 ATM8 based on a fixed wire guide and a movable or bobbin.

The bobbin is fixed on one side by means of a three-jaw system, and then inserted with the movable counter-bearing in the spindle housing.

During the winding process, the thrust bearing is moved to the mounted linear guide according to the selected feed.

In the starting position, the so-called wire shelving is fixed and can then begin the winding process.

M 602-100

The entire work process, the wire winding system M 602-100 is fully automatic in execution of the memorized and selected program (99 programs possible).
The laying feed direction and rotation of the winding material and the coil parameters ("teach-in" process) could be entered via a display user interface.

The machine rewinds with selective, consistent wire speed. By the programmable lengh counter with starting and stopping ramp exactly identical coils are wound.
The rewinded wires are routed to the coil via a wire guide unit. The machine stops automatically at broken wires and wire end.
The winding material is pneumatically clamped between the winding spindle and counter bearing. The exact wire transfer is effected by a linear servo drive unit.

For processing a very long winding material up to (1000 mm) a bezel is attached to the wire guide and can be positioned by loosening the clamping levers on each winding.
When not in use the bezel, it can be swung up or even be entirely removed.
