DBW 30

The DBW-Series is a special toroidal winding machine especially suitable for the production of current transformers, large toroidal transformers and other multiple layer cores. It is specially suited for the manufacture of current transformers, toroidal transformers and other multi-layer windings where the basic insulation taping, the layer insulation as well as the final taping are effected with a toroidal clamping device. The DBW30 was designed for body dimensions with a max. diametre of 550mm and a body height of max. 180mm. With this body dimensions the minamal inner diametre is 120mm.

DBW 50

The DBW-Series is a special toroidal winding machine especially suitable for the production of current transformers, large toroidal transformers and other multiple layer cores. It is specially suited for the manufacture of current transformers, toroidal transformers and other multi-layer windings where the basic insulation taping, the layer insulation as well as the final taping are effected with a toroidal clamping device. The DBW30 was designed for body dimensions with a max. diametre of 1300mm and a body height of max. 360mm. With this body dimensions the minamal inner diametre is 120mm.
