SPE 10SM

The special feature of SPE10 is a programmable logic controller (PLC) with integrated intelligence and plain language guide for storing winding programs. This allows the operator after a single programming the automatic processing of different programs that can be accessed at any time.

In order to achieve a simplified and clear operation of the programming, the machine has a
Touchscreen display built-in.

The winding speed is continuously variable.

The SPE is equipped with a pneumatically operated cutterand can be optionally supplemented with a spreader.

So the spiral will be automatically marked in a programmed cycle.
In case of wire breakage or end of the wire there are one or two wire tore sensors, so that the machine automatically stops.

For a better operation of changing the mandrel or the drive rollers, the collecting pan can be pivoted.

The wrapping process can proceed without supervision.
With proven design and components, the machine is a reliable and economical means of production.

SPE 10-T

The newly developed spiral winding machine SPE 10 is used for the production of spirals from bare CrNi or braided wires.

In this version, the SPE10 is combined with a linear-guided spiral take-up table. The receiving plate of the table is provided with receptacles for the storage of the individual spirals. If the receiving plate is filled with the spirals, it is replaced by an empty plate. Thus an optimum quality for further processing of the spirals can be ensured.

The spiral take-up table is designed for holding spiral plates of different groove sizes and spiral lengths up to max. 2 meters, other dimensions on request.
The Spe10 is equipped with a mechanical permanent stretching device. It can be used for different spiral and wire diameters as well as for different spreads.
Special features are its programmable logic control (PLC), self-learning and displaying plain text, allowing storage of various winding programs that can be recalled and automatically run at any time.
In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of programming, the control desk was equipped with a Touch screen display.

The winding speed is infinitely variable.

The SPE is equipped with a pneumatically operated cutting device. The machine is automatically stopped by wire breakage or wire end.
On customer request The machine can be manufactured with winding direction from left to right or from right to left.

SPE 20SM

The spiral winding machine SPE 20 is an innovative new design based on the SPE 10th
The SPE is equipped with a pneumatically operated cutter that can be completed with an expander.
Thus, the information which automatically scrolls according to the entered cycles marked.
When wire break or end of the wire, the machine is about one or two Drahtrißkontrollen (Tande My Rich-tung), automatically stopped.
To change the mandrel and drive roller cutter and the tray can be moved to one side.
The winding process can proceed without supervision.
Provides proven design and components, the engine is a reliable and economical means of production.
