BD 30

The BD30 and BD40-special are based on the concept of the field coil machines BMF but are equipped with a magazine system. The magazine systems have been developed for coils with very tight limb separations.

The BD-special machines are equipped with a taping head that is mounted on a guide slide. The taping head can be moved outwards from its position or adjusted to the middle of the coil. These features enable an easier adjustment of the taping head to the core diameter.

In order to ensure that different body geometries are neatly wound and with an equal distribution of the taping material, the machines are equipped with 2 driven and adjustable feed rolls. Through this support, the requested percentage overlap can be achieved. The feed is infinitely variable and it is still modifiable during the taping process.
For positioning or feeding, the feed and the winding drive can be controlled individually and independent of each other through the control panel.
With the aid of a preset counter mechanism, the machine will stop automatically if the requested tape length is reached.

The new developed magazines are provided with a locking system and which can be opened without any additional tools.

The machine offers an ergonomic operation and after a short operating period the operator is able to work quickly and efficient with the machine.

BD 40

BD-LP 3000

The BD-LP 3000 is a taping machine of a special design for taping of looping coils/needle coils. Can be used for trapeze coil winding as well. Needle lengths up to 3 m can be taped. Longer coils on enquiry as well. The devise is equipped with a taping head, that is positioned on a round table. The tape pitch occurs steplessly.

By the means of the electronic speed regulation, the steplessly adjustable taping speed can be adjusted ideally to the working conditions.
The needle is being transported through the taping head by means of a needle guidance and coevally it is being taped up to the needle curve by means of the swinging of the taping head. Following, the other bracket of the needle is being transported in the opposite direction and it is being taped analogue.

The controller of the taping head occurs over the PLC-controller with servo motor controller.
The control panel is equipped with a touch screen display for a simplified and clear operating of the programming.

BMF 0

The designs in this series are supplied either with or without mechanical feed. The table tops can be manufactured to customer specifications. With the electrically driven manual guidance, it is possible to bandage complicated body effectively.
An electronic counter and automatic tape cutter are standard equipment.
The magazine speed is controlled by a foot pedal, the worker must perform the coil manually. The tape is in this case simultaneously filled into the magazine and wound directly onto the coil. The compensation slider, which is integrated in the magazine, compensates the tape length differences per revolution.

BMF 1

The designs in this series are supplied either with or without mechanical feed. The table tops can be manufactured to customer specifications. With the electrically driven manual guidance, it is possible to bandage complicated body effectively.
An electronic counter and automatic tape cutter are standard equipment.
The magazine speed is controlled by a foot pedal, the worker must perform the coil manually. The tape is in this case simultaneously filled into the magazine and wound directly onto the coil. The compensation slider, which is integrated in the magazine, compensates the tape length differences per revolution.

BMF-1 NEW

The taping machine BMF 1 is designed for bandaging molded bars
The taping head is supported by a winding plate which is mounted on a base. The driven feed rollers help guide the shape coils. Through this feed support a precise overlap is achieved manually. The taping head allows a quick change of reels and is open type.
The rod passes through two rollers driven automatically from the programmed directions.
The electronic speed control and reverse rotation of the taping process the working conditions (for example, conical drum approaches inlets and discharges) can be optimized. The table surface is also the winding plane of the coil form.

BMF 3

BMF 3 BIG

The machines of the BMF series are taping machines specially developed for the insulation of closed coil, e.g. form coils which are also called “lug coils”. They are of an extremely sturdy construction and easy to operate.
The BMF3-BIG is equipped with big Table with height adjustment.

Type 1: attachment roll principle
The taping head is carried by a winding head plate which is mounted onto a foundation. The driven pitch rolls support the guidance of the form coils. By means of these pitch support an exact overlapping is achieved.
The taping head allows a quick exchange of the tape reels and is executed in an open design.
The drive of the taping head happens via a three-phase motor.

Typ 2: magazine system (by very small spool widths).

During winding of the coil the tape is simultaneously filled into the magazine and wound directly onto the coil. The adjustment slider integrated in the magazine will compensate differences in tape length per turn.

BMF 5

The taping material is filled into the magazine and simultaneously onto the coil. The adjustment slider integrated in the magazine will compensate differences in tape length per turn.
Magazine speed is controlled by means of a pedal while the operator has to guide the coil manually. The manual operation is supported by a mechanical pitch. This machine is particurlarly suited for taping complicated coils.
The special construction of the large working plate allows for higher flexibility even for large irregular coils.

The machine is equipped with a steplessly operating alternating-current motor. The pitch drive is electronically connected. The mechanical support of the manual guiding is preset by means of a stepless gear.

FBM

The FBM 1 is a universally applicable taping machine, taping preformed coils such as those used in electromotors and electric generators. It allows machine-made insulation of preformed coils with up two tapes of different quality simultaneously.
Custom-made equipment can be realized with a variety of winding heads and travelling lateral supports for extremely long coils
All commonly used insulating tapes can be worked with this machine. After teaching-in of the required data, insulation will be carried out almost automatically. SPS-control makes it possible for the taping head to trace the shape of the preformed coil, and the coil shapes once teached-in and memorized can be recalled at any time.
In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of programming, the control desk was equipped with a Touchscreen display.

The taping speed is infinitely variable, the taping head is equipped with an adjustable brake system.
The machine offers economic operation methods for serial production as well as for repair work.

FBM 16-500

The new fully electronic form coil taping machine FBM16-500 is the innovative advancement based.This machine is specially developed for the insulation of closed coils in all sizes, e.g. form coils which are also called „lug coils“. This unit is equipped with the taping head with pneumatic adjustable head supporting system, by what the machine is characterized by the very quiet and smooth running in the case of high speed.Thereby, during the taping process will be realized a accurate taping form. The automation of the unit is provided by the 4-axis control of tape head and the 2 additional axis of coil positioning. After the teach-in of the coil outlines the complete taping process of the both brackets inclusive turning of the coil is electronically controlled.
All taping parameter (teach-in operation) are input via display-operator guidance and are anytime correctable. The SPS in conjunction with one text indicator resumes all control functions. To ensure the operator protection during the running operating, there are integrated the laser protective gear in the work area. The number of bounds tend to the dimensions of the unit and customer request.The operating of the machine is optimal assured via one well swivel-mounted arranged control panel. By the use of one electronic speed control, the taping speed can be modulate stepless and optimal to the particular operating conditions.

FBM 20-800

The new fully electronic form coil taping machine FBM20-800 is the innovative advancement based on the FBM1 taping machine. This machine is specially developed for the insulation of closed coils in 500-2050mm length, e.g. form coils which are also called „lug coils“. This unit is equipped with the taping head with pneumatic adjustable head supporting system, by what the machine is characterized by the very quiet and smooth running in the case of high speed.Thereby, during the taping process will be realized a accurate taping form. The automation of the unit is provided by the 6-axis of coil positioning. After the teach-in of the coil outlines the complete taping process of the both brackets inclusive turning of the coil is electronically controlled.
All taping parameter (teach-in operation) are input via display-operator guidance and are anytime correctable. The SPS in conjunction with one text indicator resumes all control functions. The HBK 30 is a low budget, easy and unproblematic applicable tape insulation system. It is suitable for taping of motor and generator stator coils, sophisticated bar shapes, form coils and various long parts. Simultaneously, two layers of different quality may be applied.

The Suspended Taping Head HBK 30 is an effective alternative to automatic insulation systems. Virtually no preparation or set up time is required and the operability is very easy. However, for the production process an operator is required at all times.

The HBK 30 allows as well as the automatic insulation systems for processing of all conventional tape qualities. Optionally, it can be fixed on a trestle which enables the operator to easily insulate various shapes two-dimensional. The quality of tape application is assured by the powered drive roller and traverse reversing gearbox arrangement guaranteeing consistent tape overlap. The feeding speed is regulated by the operator using the hand lever.
This tape insulation system is efficiently deployable for volume production as well as for repair purposes. Our experiences in the construction of taping machines for decades have been the basis for the construction of the machine.

HBK 40

The HBK 40 is a low budget, easy and
unproblematic applicable tape insulation
system. It is suitable for taping of motor
and generator stator coils, sophisticated
bar shapes, form coils and various long
parts. Simultaneously, two layers of different
quality may be applied.
The suspended winding head has been
developed ,based on the functionality of
the HBK30.
But comes with a newly developed
security system.
A forced guidance by means of a second
handle protects the operator, during
taping, against unwanted interventions in
the working area (see figure below).
The HBK 40 allows like the automatic insulation
systems, to work with all conventional
tape qualities.

HBK 50

The HBK 50 is a low budget, easy and unproblematic applicable tape insulation system. It is suitable for taping of form coils, motor and generator stator coils, sophisticated pipe shapes and various long parts.


By a new reinforced guide system and larger winding cross sections can be wound by means of manual guidance. It can be wound simultaneously with up to 3 tapes.
A two-handed operation with the aid of a second handle prevents the operator from reaching into the winding area during the taping process.

The quality of tape application is assured by the powered drive roller and traverse reversing gearbox arrangement guaranteeing consistent tape overlap. The feeding speed is regulated by the operator using the hand lever.
Depending on the length and shape of the spools, we have a selection of temporary supports with and without clamping device in our assortment.
The HBK hanging handler heads represent a real alternative to the use of automatic banding machines. They are not only distinguished by their more cost-effective solutions, but are also very quiet and easy to handle.
This tape insulation system is efficiently deployable for volume production as well as for repair purposes. Our experiences in the construction of taping machines for decades have been the basis for the construction of the devise.

ISO RO

The ISO-RO is designed for automatic isolation of molded bars with a strip-shaped insulating material.
The band processes have an electronic braking system that ensures continuous strip tension. The band overlap is continuously adjustable.
Up to 2 bands are simultaneously processable in different tape grades.
Through the use of six servo-controlled axes almost all rod geometries can be isolated in large to very large work areas. The coil is clamped by multiple holders, that will open automatical when the winding head is moving along the coil.
During the insulation process the winding ring moves in the arm in the transverse direction and tilts in the pivot area corresponding to the pre-programmed contour.
It is controlled by a PLC process with real time multitasking operating system. The user is guided via a control panel and the functions are accessed via menus on the screen.

SDBA-10

The new fully electronic taping system SDB-A10 is an innovative development on the basis of the taping equipment of the company FUR Wickeltechnologie GmbH. This system is flexible, equipped with easy moveable supports and has a 6-axis system for the realization of an exact winding.

That new fully electronic taping system SDB-A is
an innovative development on the base of new
developed taping machines of the company F.U.R. Winding technology
GmbH.
This system is equipped with flexible, easy moveable supports. By means of the hovercraft principle, the supports could be adapted to every body contour and providing a firm hold of the body during the running winding process.
In addition, the winding head is equipped with a pneumatic head support system for a very smooth operation at high speeds. Through the combination of all electronically controlled holders during the winding process, an exactly winding pattern could be realized. Through an electronic speed control the winding speed could be adaptet optimal to the winding process. All winding parameters could be entered manual or by teach-in methode and could be corrected at any time. A PLC in connection with a clear text display accepts all the control functions. For personal protection during winding operation of the plant, laser safety devices are integrated in the work area of the machine. The machine could be realized in many sizes as the customer requires. A wide range of accessories allows an optimal adaptation to each taping task.
