Winding Machines

The toroidal core winding machines are designed exclusively for wire winding of toroidal cores, depending on the respective equipment. Due to the large number of winding heads and the extensive range of special accessories, they are suitable for many winding tasks.

The layer winding machines are stable, universally applicable machines for winding layer coils such as transformer coils, field coils, apparatus coils, disc coils, cylinder coils, etc. The machines are equipped with PLC controls. The individual winding machine types are classified according to the coil or winding body size.

Insulating materials, including paper and polyester film, are cut on the round sides with a specific cutting gap. These manufactured films are used in bearing winding technology as intermediate insulation.

Our rewinding machines were specially developed for the diverse winding tasks in the wire, cable and hose industry. They are used to automatically and precisely wind small machines with straight or biconical flanges from large delivery spools. The machines are suitable for all conceivable winding tasks thanks to electronic control.

Reversible winding is used when an endless strand of tape, such as pipe, or threads is wound with a specified feed rate. This winding area is particularly used for heating cables, musical strings, protective windings and underfloor heating.

Anchor winding is carried out using so-called semi-automatic machines. There are 2 or 4-pole anchors that are wound with the flyer system using a specific winding step. The systems are suitable for small or medium series production.
