This special line configuration consists of a felt tape unwinder FBA_310, the taping head BK3 with control, and the driven felt tape winder FBU_310. Also, with the roller guide for the intermediate insulation. The whole line is protected with a protective cover and a laser grid on the front side.

This line configuration is specially designed for taping endless flexible square tapes. The taping head is supported by a winding head plate mounted on a base frame.

The taping head allows quick change of the tape roll and is of closed design. The taping head braking system makes it possible to use tapes (including adhesive tapes) made of various materials without cracking or wrinkling.

The overlap of the used insulating tape during taping is independent of the speed. The winding head is equipped with a tape unwinding system as standard. The optimum tape angle is set manually according to the conductive tape used and to the felt tape to be wound.
