W 100

The W 100 layer winding machine is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding large layer coils.
When winding bobbins of rectangular geometry, the wire is pressed using a pneumatic pressure device,in combination with the wire guide unit, pressed onto the bobbin or the lower wire layer. Compared to wrapping without pressure, a higher “filling level” is possible. Often inadmissible “bulges” (prescribed geometric conditions; e.g. installation dimensions) are avoided.
