M 1000

This system was developed for winding fine wire on long spools with cylindrical body geometries and narrow contours. The bobbin is fixed on one side using a three-jaw clamping system and then pushed into the spindle housing with the movable counter bearing. During the winding process, the counter bearing on the mounted linear guide is moved according to the set feed. The so-called wire compartment is fixed in the starting position and the winding process can then begin. The winding principle is based on a fixed wire guide and a movable or movable coil former.
