Taping machines

bar winding machines
There are two fundamentally different taping principles, 1. the magazine principle or 2. the Ratiowi roll principle. These are offered according to the technical requirements. Generally, various insulation materials can be processed. Either dry or slightly adhesive tapes, e.g. cotton, paper, glass silk or polyester tape, as well as other suitable tapes. An electronic counter or a PLC and an automatic tape cutter are part of the standard version depending on the series. The BMF series versions can be supplied either with or without a mechanical feed. In order to be able to prepare a specific offer, we ask that you send us the completed questionnaire.

and open bodies as well as high-voltage transformers and bodies of similar construction. The insulation material consists of either dry or slightly adhesive tapes, e.g. cotton, paper, glass silk or polyester tape. We distinguish between two fundamentally different taping principles, the magazine or the roll principle. An electronic counter or a PLC and an
automatic tape cutter are part of the standard version. With the manual guidance supported by the mechanical feed, it is possible to effectively tap even complicated bodies.
BMF field coil taping machines: The machines in the BMF series have been specially designed for insulating small closed coils. An electronic counter and an automatic tape cutter are also part of the standard equipment. The working speed is controlled by a foot pedal.
BD and BDW The BD machines are special taping machines with a taping head mounted on a linear guide. To make the machine easier to operate, the taping head can be moved outwards from its taping position. This makes it easier to load and set up the machine and to remove the winding body. The various taping heads and magazines make the BD machines universally usable for various tasks. The individual operating modes are controlled with an electronic counter or with a PLC. In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel on the larger series has been equipped with a touchscreen display. The BD series can also be operated optionally with a rod or rope insulation unit with two roller tables. The additional device enables even more efficient use of the system. For combined taping machines with simultaneous wire winding, see the brochure Toroidal core winding and winding in combination with tape winding.
