Heating coil wraps
Heating coil wraps are wound using a clamped mandrel. The principle of wrapping without ropes results in a “spring-like” strand. The largest areas of application are heating sleeves, fan heaters, hair dryers, etc.

Another large area of heating elements is resistance. Here again there are differences in execution. Some are manufactured as ring potentiometers, others as linear resistors
