DBH 5-S

The DBH5-S (Servo) is an innovative machine and is used for winding carrier strips with round resistance wires or flat wires with the corresponding bending moment.
With this version, all forms of carrier strips made of different materials such as micanite, mica, etc. can be processed.
The special feature of the DBH5-Servo is a PLC with its own intelligence and plain text guidance for storing winding programs. This enables the operator to automatically process different winding programs after programming once. In order to achieve a simpler and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel has been equipped with a touchscreen display.
In the standard version, the machine is equipped with a magazine with  90 cm³ and a laying for filling.
Parts at risk of corrosion are galvanically treated. All drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the longest possible service life even under the most difficult operating conditions.
