SPE 10SM

The special feature of the SPE10 is a programmable logic controller (PLC) with its own intelligence and plain text guidance for storing winding programs. This enables the operator to automatically process different winding programs after programming once, which can be called up at any time.
To make programming easier and clearer, the control panel has been equipped with a touchscreen display.
The winding speed is infinitely variable.
The SPE is equipped with a pneumatically operated cutting device, which can optionally be supplemented with a spreading device. This means that the spirals are automatically marked via the control according to the entered cycles.
If the wire breaks or the wire ends, the machine is automatically brought to a standstill via one or two wire break controls (tandem device).
For easier changeovers, such as changing the mandrel and drive rollers, etc., the cutting device with collecting tray can be swiveled away.
The winding process can take place without supervision.
Thanks to proven design and construction elements, the machine is a reliable and economical means of production.
