DAW

The DAW is a high-speed machine for winding small three-pole armatures. It can be used efficiently for both large-scale production and smaller quantities. The process used here of simultaneously winding all three armature poles while the armature is stationary offers various advantages over other processes, e.g. with regard to filling space, imbalance and type of switching. On the control side, up to 99 programs with work data can be saved and called up when required. The operator guidance with plain text display enables even semi-skilled workers to work without problems. The machine is characterized by very low noise levels and exceptional freedom from wear.
