BW 10-S

The BW 10-S is a taping machine for winding aluminum foil strips onto a ferrite core. The required strip length is freely programmable and is cut off automatically during the wrapping process.
The fastening of the aluminum strips at the beginning and end of the process is done manually. The winding process is effected with processing a respective program selected from the program storage. The PLC with his clear text display guides all controls functions. In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of programming, the control desk was equipped with a Touch screen display.
