DB 2-SM

The DB 2-SM is a universally applicable toroidal core winding and taping machine that may only be used for wire winding or toroidal core winding, depending on the specific equipment.

It is equipped with a segment holder on a precision rotary table.

The control panel and foot switch (optional) are mounted separately.

The segment holder features a quick-release clamping system. This allows for secure and rapid clamping of individual cores. Additionally, the segment holder is mounted on a precision rotary table, which is characterized by its high accuracy.

Due to its wide variety of winding heads and extensive range of special accessories, it is suitable for many winding tasks.

Furthermore, thanks to the stepless electronic speed control, the winding speed can be optimally adapted to the operating conditions.
