DBW 30

The DBW series are special toroidal core winding systems for the production of current transformers, ring transformers and other multi-layer winding products, in which the base insulation bandage, the layer insulation and the cover bandage are carried out in a toroidal core clamping.

In order to be able to use the machine universally, the taping head and the winding head can be moved outwards from their taping position so that the wire winding head or the tape head can wind individually. The expanded application possibilities ensure the economic efficiency of this combination system. The winding heads and the core transport are specially adapted to the respective work task. In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel was equipped with a touchscreen display.
The control system for this range is also equipped with a PLC with its own intelligence and plain text guidance for storing winding programs.
