SPE 20-ISO

The new SPE 20 spiral winding machine is used to manufacture spirals from bare CrNi or plastic-coated wires with the CE mark.

This version can process a wire diameter of up to 1.2 mm, or a wire diameter with PFA coating of up to 2.4 mm. The maximum external wire diameter of the spiral in this version is 20 mm.
A programmable logic controller (PLC) with its own intelligence and plain text guidance for storing winding programs allows the operator to call up the program once it has been entered at any time. A touchscreen display rounds off the easy entry of program data.

The winding speed is infinitely variable.
The SPE is equipped with a pneumatically operated cutting device. If the wire breaks or the wire ends, the machine is automatically brought to a standstill via a wire break control.
