DBH 5-S

The DBH5-S (Servo) is an innovative machine and is used for winding carrier strips with round resistance wires or flat wires with the appropriate bending moment. With this version, all forms of carrier strips made of different materials such as micanite, mica, etc. can be processed.

The special feature of the DBH5-S is a PLC with its own intelligence and plain text guidance for storing winding programs. This enables the operator to automatically process different winding programs after programming once. In order to achieve a simpler and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel has been equipped with a touchscreen display.
In the standard version, the machine is equipped with a magazine with 160 cm3/or 90 cm3 and a relocation for filling.
Parts at risk of corrosion are galvanically treated. All drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the longest possible service life even under the most difficult operating conditions.

This version can also process all forms of carrier strips made of different materials such as micanite, mica, etc.

M 1000

This system was developed for winding fine wire on long spools with cylindrical body geometries and narrow contours. The bobbin is fixed on one side using a three-jaw clamping system and then pushed into the spindle housing with the movable counter bearing.

During the winding process, the counter bearing on the mounted linear guide is moved according to the set feed. The so-called wire compartment is fixed in the starting position and the winding process can then begin. The winding principle is based on a fixed wire guide and a movable or movable coil former.

WWM 10

The WWM-10 is designed for the continuous winding of all types of carrier materials. Round and flat materials up to a cross-section of 10mm can be processed. All parameters are freely programmable and retrievable. Processes, winding devices and resistance value control are optionally available.
