DBH 6-S

The DBH6-S (Servo) is an innovative modification of the DBH standard and is also used for winding carrier strips with round resistance wires or flat wires with the corresponding bending moment.
This version can also process all types of carrier strips made of different materials such as micanite, mica, etc.
The special feature of the DBH-Servo is a PLC with its own intelligence and plain text guidance for storing winding programs. This enables the operator to automatically process different winding programs after programming once. In order to achieve a simpler and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel has been equipped with a touchscreen display.
In the standard version, the machine is equipped with a magazine with 160 cm³ and a filling system.
Parts at risk of corrosion are galvanically treated. All drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the longest possible service life even under the most difficult operating conditions.
