UWM 30-ATM12

The UWM 30 was developed specifically for the diverse winding tasks in the wire, cable and hose industry. It winds spools with straight or biconical flanges, automatically and precisely, controlled by electronic programs for all winding data. With the UWM30 wire winding machine, up to 16 wires – especially steel wires – can be wound onto braided coils with high strength and dimensions according to customer specifications. The UWMATM combination is particularly recommended as a complete system. With our multiple drain ATM 12/16 you can also wind from 1 to 16 drain spools at high wire speed. The insert coils are precisely folded (doubled) in this process. The process is equipped with a low-maintenance, wear-free braking system. The entire rewinding process of the wire winding system is carried out completely automatically by processing the saved and selected program (99 programs possible). Parts at risk of corrosion are treated galvanically. All drives have enough reserves to achieve the highest possible service life even under difficult operating conditions.
