MDW-40

The metal seal winding machine type MDW-40 is designed for the production of metal seals with both steel cores and coreless seals from profiled steel strips, with or without graphite interlayers. The machine works fully automatically, except for assembly, and has a PLC control. The electronic speed control allows the winding speed to be continuously adjusted and thus optimally adapted to the working conditions. All winding parameters (winding speed, number of turns and coil parameters) are entered via a touchscreen display operator guidance. The winding process takes place automatically in execution of the saved and selected program (50 programs possible).
