HBK 30

The HBK 30 is an inexpensive, simple and easy-to-use bandaging system for the production of discharge lines, generator rods, complicated pipe shapes or shaped coils as well as various other long bandaging parts. Up to 2 tapes can be processed at the same time, even of different tape qualities. The hanging bandaging head type HBK 30 represents a real alternative for use instead of automatic bandaging machines. It is characterized not only by its more cost-effective solution but also by its ease of use. In contrast to machines, an operator is always necessary during the production process. Like the automatic banding machines, the banding head also allows all common band qualities to be processed. The head can optionally also be hung on a universal scaffolding system, allowing the operator to bandage all two-dimensional contours quickly and easily. The exact feed during bandaging is achieved by a driven, integrated feed roller system. The bandaging speed is specified by the operator using a continuously adjustable handle.
