STB 2000

The taping machine STB 2000 was designed to tape rods. Taping head is assembled on the winding head which is mounted on the base frame. Powered rolls support the rod’s guidance. This support enables an exact overlapping.

The form rod will be transported by a pneumatic 4 rolls clamping system and by changing the running direction the rod can be taped from left to right or vice versa. Taping head’s drive is carried out by a three phase ac motor.

Taping procedure can be adapted optimally to the working conditions by bint of the engine speed’s regulation and the reversal of rotation direction. The table is also the base for the winding procedure.

As with all machines from the F.U.R.-Machines, it is characterized by a very robust design and easy handling. Various paper, plastic and fabric tapes with a width of 10 – 25 mm as well as other suitable tapes can be processed.
