BD 60

The BD-60 is a bandaging system on which rings, pipes and ropes as well as winding bodies with rectangular, round or square cross-sections can be bandaged. Optionally, the system can also be operated with a rod or rope insulation unit with two roller tables. The additional device enables even more efficient use of the system. The bandage is possible with one or alternatively two supply rolls. The winding ring is equipped with a newly developed insulating head brake system. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the continuously adjustable taping speed can be optimally adapted to the working conditions. The machine is equipped with a PLC control with teach-in mode.
