AW 100

The AW 100 is a high-speed universal machine in a modern design for wires up to 1.2 mm in diameter. Thanks to a wide range of accessories, it is suitable for both efficient small series production and the repair of small engines. It is easy to use and can be converted without much effort.

The electronic speed control allows the speed to be optimally adjusted to the wire diameter and working conditions. A PLC takes over the control and counting of the winding process.





AW 180
The AW 180 is an extremely stable anchor winding machine for winding a wide variety of anchors, with interchangeable winding heads for single or multiple windings in straight or slanted slots and interchangeable guide devices for 2, 4 or multi-pole windings.

AWA 120
The improved anchor winding machine AWA 120 is used to automatically wind anchors with straight or slanted slots and an even number of slots in an H winding as well as external winding loops for better identification of the winding affiliation.

After manual insertion, automatic winding takes place, which is possible with different loop lengths. Thanks to a large number of easy-to-change winding heads as well as wire guide and clamping elements and the resulting short changeover time, the machine is an efficient and universally applicable production tool for winding wires up to approx. 1.2 mm in diameter. The AWA 120 is an economical machine for medium series sizes with cost-effective, rapid production.










DAW
The DAW is a high-speed machine for winding small three-pole armatures. It can be used efficiently for both large-scale production and smaller quantities.
