ELW ATM

All parameters are freely programmable and can be accessed again. Drains are optionally available.
BM-Läufer 1000

The rotor is clamped between two center centers, one on the drive flange and a rotating center center on the tailstock. This serves to straighten and guide the wire or metal tape before the actual processing. The wire is delivered to the reel automatically. This makes it possible to wind even very small coils with strong wire or metal band. Due to the swiveling range of the wire guide station in interaction with the swiveling tape dereeler, the respective angle of the metal tape or wire laying can be exactly realized.The coil mounting takes place with a driven counter bearing. An extremely economical production is guaranteed, due to a high maximum speed, simple handling, wire break control and the automatic winding process. W 20

It is equipped with a servo-operated precision guide, two-stage gear and mechanical counter bearing. The bobbin is picked up by a 4-jaw chuck on the spindle side.
Using a two-stage, automatic gearbox, it is possible to easily adjust optimal winding torques and speed for different wire sizes and body geometries.
Furthermore, with the so-called chamber jump technology it is possible to produce up to 8 coils in a row without disconnecting the wire between the coils.
Due to the electronic speed control, the winding speed, will be optimally adapted to the working conditions, whatever ratio is chosen by the stepless programs.

W 20-4

The special feature of this machine is that on the one hand, similar to the W 15-6, it can only produce single coils and, on the other hand, with the corresponding workpiece fixture, double coils with winding jumps. That is, in this case, the winding process is operated only with 2 wire guide due to the special winding. Due to the physical and geometrical characteristics of the body to be wound, the machine is equipped with a mechanical counter bearing and with a wire guide set for simultaneous winding of up to 4 spools. Due to these characteristics, the machine is equipped with a reinforced linear axis and four wire guides. It is important to note that all four bodies to be wound must have the same geometry and be wound with the same wire strength. Programming is done via a PLC control. The control of the machine is carried out via a control panel and additional function keys located on the machine housing.

Due to the physical and geometric characteristics of the complete body to be wound, the machine is equipped with a mechanical counter bearing and with a wire guide set for simultaneous winding of up to 8 coils. Due to these characteristics, the machine is equipped with a reinforced linear axis.
It is important to note that all eight bodies to be detected must have the same geometry and be wound with the same wire.
The drive of the installation is coupled with the winding spindle and takes place via a servomotor.
The wires are fed by 4 mechanically braked double wire outlets AS 600-DUO.
Programming is done via a PLC control. The control of the machine is carried out via a control panel and additional function keys located on the machine housing.

W25-VS

Thanks to the preselectable counter for forward and backward counting in both laying directions, the machine is braked to a slow speed shortly before the final number of turns is reached. This means that the winding is stopped exactly to the turn when the final number of turns is reached. Illuminated buttons are used to display and switch the winding direction manually. The laying feed can be adjusted precisely to the wire diameter through continuous adjustment. The laying carriage can be easily moved to any position using the handwheel by disengaging the laying feed. All parts of the machine are protected against corrosion. All drives have enough reserves to achieve the highest possible service life even under difficult operating conditions.
W 30

The layer winding machine W30 is suitable for winding copper round wires on coils with a diameter of max. 300 mm and a working range of 400 mm maximum. In addition, a steps jump automatic can be activated in order to also wind bobbins for potcores with several chambers. The sections jump can be carried out automatically or semi-automatically depending on the customer’s request. A precise pitch feed is realized by a servo-controlled linear axis. By using different wire dereelers, it can wind with wire thicknesses of 0.5 – 3.0 mm. Due to the electronic speed control, the winding speed, will be optimally adapted to the working conditions, whatever ratio is chosen by the stepless programs. There are two winding directions. This machine is suitable for single as well as multiple winding with high winding speed. Its considerable appliances make it possible to match every winding operation. The W 40-S is also suitable for rewinding. All parts of our machines are corrosion resistant. This machine can be equipped with a seated workstation or, if requested by the customer, with a standing workstation.
The controls are installed ergonomically for the operator.
For easier operation, the foot pedal is set up in a triple pedal design. These are starting speed, main winding speed and reverse rotation.
The film flow is implemented using special guide systems. This prevents the upper or lower film from slipping and ensures that both films lie exactly on top of each other. The intermediate insulation is applied manually with a pre-programmed length.
