W 15.2

The W 15 layer winding machine with integrated wire dereeler is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding long ceramic coils of different diameters.
It is equipped with a servo-controlled precision guide, including workpiece holder and mechanical counter bearing. In addition, it is designed with a wire guide and a
hysteresis braked wire guide unit. A constant wire pulloff force is achieved by means of the electronically controlled braking system. This enables high rewinding speeds with good reel
quality. The wire guide also has a pneumatically designed dancer roll, which realizes a uniform wire compensation tension. Due to the electronic speed control, the winding speed, will be optimally adapted to the working conditions, whatever ratio is chosen by the stepless programs. Turns and speed are entered via a touch screen operator guidance. All parts of our machines are corrosion resistant. All drives have enough power for a long working life, even under heavy duty.
