W 20

The layer winding machine W 20 is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding short and long spools of different diameters. It is equipped with a servo-operated precision guide, two-stage gear and mechanical counter bearing. The bobbin is picked up by a 4-jaw chuck on the spindle side. Using a two-stage, automatic gearbox, it is possible to easily adjust optimal winding torques and speed for different wire sizes and body geometries. Furthermore, with the so-called chamber jump technology it is possible to produce up to 8 coils in a row without disconnecting the wire between the coils. Due to the electronic speed control, the winding speed, will be optimally adapted to the working conditions, whatever ratio is chosen by the stepless programs. Turns and speed are entered via a touch screen operator guidance. All parts of our machines are corrosion resistant. All drives have enough power for a long working life, even under heavy duty. Height adjustable table is also available as an option.
