HWWM-200

The HWWM-200 is designed for endless winding of PA pipes and hoses. The material is wrapped with a heating wire or foil tape with a constant pitch. All parameters are freely programmable and retrievable.

HWWM 350
The HWWM-350 is designed for endless winding of heating conductor strands. The special thing about this machine is the interaction of very large bobbins with very thin material, realized by powered winding units. The carrier material is wrapped with 2 heating conductors with a constant pitch without crossing.

HWWM 355

WWM-ABISO
The WWM-ABISO is designed for the endless milling of carrier materials. These carrier materials are then further processed using the WWM 16-L spiral winding machine with soldering station. Carrier material from 3x5mm to 5x10mm max can be processed, and larger upon customer request.

WWM 2Z

WWM 10-BD
The WWM-10 is designed for endless winding of all types of carrier materials. Round and flat materials can be processed with a cross section of up to 10mm. With this version, both wire and strip material can be applied to the carrier material.

WWM 10-D
With this machine, up to 2 very fine wires can be applied to a continuous carrier material up to a maximum of 10 mm at very high speed. All parameters are freely programmable and retrievable.

WWM 16-BD
The WWM-16-BD is designed for endless winding of all types of carrier materials. Round and flat materials can be processed with a cross section of up to 10mm. With this version, up to 2 wires are attached to the carrier material in one operation and then completely insulated with adhesive tape.

WWM  420
The WWM 420 is designed for endless wrapping for applying Velcro tape to underfloor heating pipes. All parameters are freely programmable and can be recalled. Two caterpillar pull-offs, before and after bandaging, with integration into the control system, are available as an option.
