The Automatic Toroidal Winding Machine
RWA 2 has been developed on the basis of
the toroidal winding machine DB2, aiming at
the special winding requirements of stator
cores of a special design. Once the core is
clamped and the wire is placed, the winding
programme runs fully automatic without any
manual engagement, but can be modified in
certain points. Due to the steplessly working
electronic speed control, the winding speed
can be optimally adapted to the working conditions.
