DF 310

Overhead wire pay-offs in the DF series are used to feed the wire to the machine without any problems.
For this purpose, they have a braking system and a dancer for tension control.
The DF 310 can be used for wires with a diameter of 0.5 – 2.0 mm.
For easier, manual wire re-pulling, e.g. when pulling loops or re-attaching the wire to a winding body, this pay-off has an integrated, pneumatic strain relief. This can be controlled from the winding stations. A pressure-adjustable maintenance unit for the compressed air connection is included in the scope of delivery.
