Due to the modular design of the machine, customer-specific units such as bandaging device, cutting device, heating device, etc. are easy to integrate

The number of turns and wire feed are also programmed. Exactly identical spirals are produced using a start-up and run-down ramp. The wires to be wound are guided onto the mandrel via a wire guide unit. The machine stops automatically when the number of turns is reached. The mandrel is clamped using a 3-jaw chuck and supported by a sliding counter bearing on the right-hand side. Two pneumatic supports are used when producing very long spirals on a thin mandrel. The exact wire laying is carried out by a servo linear drive unit.
M600

A presettable counter for forward and backward counting in both working directions automatically switches the machine down to a slow speed shortly before the final number of turns or meter count if the meter counter is installed. This means that it stops exactly to the turn or cm when the set final number of turns or meters is reached. The setting of the laying feed is stepless and can be corrected during winding. The laying carriage can easily be guided by hand to any location by disengaging the laying feed. The counter bearing is easily adjustable.
