HBK 40

The HBK40 is an inexpensive, simple and easy-to-use bandaging system for the production of diversions, generator rods, complicated pipe shapes or shaped coils as well as for various other long bandaging parts. Up to 2 tapes, including different tape qualities, can be processed at the same time. The hanging bandaging head was developed based on the functionality of the HBK30. However, it was also equipped with a new security system. Forced guidance using a second handle protects the operator from unwanted interference in the work area when bandaging. The banding head, like the banding machines, allows all common band qualities to be processed. The system can be used economically for both series production and repair operations. Decades of experience in building high-performance bandaging machines have been the basis for the development of this device.
