RW 60

The RW 60 rotor winding machine is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding rotors with Kevlar tape under very high pretension and of different diameters. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the winding speed can be adjusted continuously and therefore optimally to the working conditions. In order to achieve simplified and clearer programming operation, the control panel was equipped with a touchscreen display. The cycle control allows at least 50 programs to be saved. With the optionally available LAN interface, any number of programs can be managed externally. All parameters freely programmable; Number of turns, speed (stepless), feed (stepless), feed direction, spindle position in 100ths per revolution, start and stop ramps.
