W 15 Back Halbautomatik

The W 15 is a special winding machine for automatically winding small flat coils.

The W 15 is equipped with a swiveling wire guide station. This serves to straighten and guide the wire or metal tape before the actual processing. The wire is delivered to the reel automatically. This makes it possible to wind even very small coils with strong wire or metal band. Due to the swiveling range of the wire guide station in interaction with the swiveling tape dereeler, the respective angle of the metal tape or wire laying can be exactly realized.

The coil mounting takes place with a driven counter bearing. The installation of the coil is realized uncomplicated by a spring-loaded coil tensioning unit.

The simple operation and automatic winding process of the W 15 ensures efficient and cost-effective production.

The different operational modes are controlled with a PLC. In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel is equipped with a touch screen display.
