Toroidal bandaging

Following this text you will find a list of our machines with a short description and a winding pattern. If you are unsure which machine is right for you, simply fill out this questionnaire.

BD 30

In order to ensure a uniform winding pattern for the different core and body geometries, the machines are equipped with 2 driven, adjustable feed rollers. The desired percentage overlap is achieved manually using the feed support on the adjustable bandaging table.

BD 40

As with the BD 30, the machines are equipped with 2 driven, adjustable feed rollers. The desired percentage overlap is achieved manually using the feed support on the adjustable bandaging table. The feed is infinitely variable and can also be corrected during bandaging.

BD 50

Bandaging is possible with one or two supply rolls at the same time. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the continuously adjustable bandaging speed can be optimally adapted to the working conditions. Optionally, the system can also be operated with a rod or rope insulation unit with two roller tables.

BD 60

The BD-60 is a bandaging system on which rings, pipes and ropes as well as winding bodies with rectangular, round or square cross-sections can be bandaged. Optionally, the system can also be operated with a rod or rope insulation unit with two roller tables.

BD 100

The BD100-VH is particularly advantageous for insulating large wedge rings with a diameter of 1 to 3 m. The vertical ring guide is particularly advantageous. The vertical ring guide can accommodate bodies up to a maximum width of 750 mm. The bandaging head is designed on a motorized linear guide and can therefore be precisely…

BD R-80

The BD-R80 is a bandaging machine for bandaging the ring parts of high-voltage current transformers as well as components similar to these rings. The ring is bandaged according to the “stationary workpiece - moving tool” principle.

BDW 3

The BDW-3 is a special bandaging machine with a bandaging head mounted on a guide. The various bandaging heads and magazines make the BDW-3 universally usable for various tasks. To make the machine easier to operate, the bandaging head can be moved outwards from its bandaging position.

BM 0

The electronic speed control using a foot controller allows the taping speed to be optimally adapted to the working conditions. An electronic counter and an automatic tape cutter are included as standard.

BM 1

The machines are equipped with a continuously variable, electronically controllable drive. The main and feed drives are mechanically coupled. The mechanical support of the hand guidance can be adjusted using a continuously variable transmission.

BM R0

The tape coming from the supply drum is guided through a pair of scissors and over the measuring disk to the magazine. As soon as the required length of tape is on the winding magazine, the scissors automatically cut the tape. The respective tape length can be easily adjusted using the counter.

BM R1

The tape coming from the supply drum is fed through a pair of scissors and over the measuring disc to the magazine. As soon as the required length of tape is on the winding magazine, the scissors automatically cut the tape. The respective tape length can be easily set on the counter.
