BD-LP 1500

Applying the bandage made of insulating tape to trapezoidal and looping spools has so far been a very costly process. The BD-LP 1500 was developed to find a powerful yet inexpensive mechanization for this. It can be used to process all common insulating tapes.
The machine can be used economically both for series production and for repair work.
Looping spools up to a length of 1.5m can be bandaged. Longer spools are possible on request.
In this system, the band head is designed with three slip-on roller systems.
It is therefore possible to apply up to three bands to the spool at the same time.
The banding head is also positioned on a rotary table. The banding head can rotate 310°, which allows the entire spool to be bandaged.
It is transported through the band head using a spool guide and bandaged into the curves by turning the band head by 180°. The other leg of the coil is then transported in the opposite direction and also bandaged.
Integrated band head supports prevent bandaging vibrations during the insulation process and thus enable an exact winding pattern.
The band feed is stepless.
The electronic speed control allows the stepless adjustable bandaging speed to be optimally adapted to the working conditions.
The band head is controlled via a PLC control with servo motor controller.
The control panel is equipped with a touchscreen display to achieve simplified and clearer programming operation.
To ensure general safety regulations, the winding system can optionally be supplied with a safety fence, light barriers or light scanners.
