BM-FLEX 2500

The machine is used to insulate flexible and long bundles. The steel frame is the basis for a linear X-axis, which in turn moves the mobile material clamp of the body to be bandaged. The insulating head is positioned stationary and holds three supply rolls, which provide a sufficiently adjustable, diameter-independent belt tension. Two pneumatic clamping points are used to hold the winding body, one of which is driven by a servo motor, but the second is adjustable according to the length of the body to be wound. The second clamping point is both an anti-twist device and a light brake for the body to be wrapped. The machine is also equipped with two trays to support the body to be wrapped.
