5. Google reCAPTCHA v3
To protect our website and in particular our contact forms, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Purpose:
reCAPTCHA checks whether the data entered on our website (e.g. in a contact form) is carried out by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics (e.g. IP address, mouse movements, length of stay). This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the page.
Data recipient:
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
- According to Google, the transmitted IP address is not merged with other data.
Data transfer:
A transfer of personal data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google is certified according to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
