SPE 10-T

The newly developed SPE 10 spiral winding machine is used to produce spirals from bare CrNi or wrapped wires.
In this version, the SPE10 is combined with a linearly guided spiral receiving table. The receiving plate of the table is provided with receiving grooves for storing the individual spirals. If the receiving plate is full with the manufactured spirals, it is replaced with an empty receiving plate. This ensures optimum quality for further processing of the spirals.
The spiral receiving table is designed to accommodate spiral plates with different groove sizes and spiral lengths, up to a maximum of 2 meters (other dimensions on request).
The Spe10 is equipped with a mechanical permanent stretching device. It can be used for different spiral and wire diameters as well as for different stretching widths.
A programmable logic controller (PLC) with its own intelligence and plain text guidance for storing winding programs enables the operator to call up the program once entered at any time. A touchscreen display rounds off the easy input of program data.

The winding speed is infinitely variable.

The SPE is equipped with a pneumatically operated cutting device. If the wire breaks or the wire ends, the machine is automatically brought to a standstill via a wire break control.

The machine can be manufactured with the winding direction from left to right or from right to left at the customer’s request.
