Following this text you will find a list of our machines with a short description and a winding pattern. If you are unsure which machine is right for you, simply fill out this questionnaire.

ELW ATM

The ELW-ATM was developed specifically for simple winding tasks in the wire, cable and hose industry. It winds spools with straight or biconical flanges, automatically controlled using electronic programs for all winding data.

UWM 20-ATM6

The UWM20-ATM 6 is equipped with multiple coil holders, i.e. h there can be one or more The control is carried out with a (PLC) with its own intelligence and plain text guidance for storing winding programs.

UWM 20-ATM-S

The UWM20-ATM-S was developed specifically for the diverse winding tasks in the wire, cable and hose industry. It winds spools with straight or biconical flanges, automatically and precisely, controlled by electronic programs for all winding data.

UWM 20

The UWM20-ATM is used for rewinding all types of layered coils. It is suitable for both single and multiple windings with a high number of turns. The wires to be wound are guided onto the coil holder via a wire guide unit with rollers.

UWM 25 / ATM 35

The UWM ATM35 is a machine with special design capable of performing the manifold winding tasks arising in wire-, cable and tube processing. The machine permits automatic winding of bobbins with straight or cone-shaped flanges. All parameters are freely programmable and recallable.

M602-100

The entire work process of the M 602-100 wire winding system is carried out completely automatically by processing the saved and selected program (99 programs possible). The laying feed, direction of rotation of the winding material and the coil parameters (“teach-in” procedure) are entered via a display operator prompt.

UWM25 – ATM25

The UWM ATM25 is a machine with special design capable of performing the manifold winding tasks aris-ing in wire-, cable and tube processing. The machine permits automatic winding of bobbins with straight or cone-shaped flanges. All parameters are freely programmable and recallable.

UWM 25-S

The UWM 25-S is a rewinding machine that has been designed especially for filling wire magazines for the DBH series. The winding process is simplified and carried out mechanically. The magazine can be assembled and removed in just a few steps.

UWM 30-ATM12

The UWM 30 was developed specifically for the diverse winding tasks in the wire, cable and hose industry. It winds spools with straight or biconical flanges, automatically and precisely, controlled by electronic programs for all winding data.

UWM 350-ATM1-550

The UWM350-ATM1-550 wire winding machine can be used to wind wires - especially steel wires - with high strength. The wires to be wound are guided onto the spool holder via a wire guide unit with rollers. At the same time, a wire length measurement is carried out.

UWM 800

The Rewinding machine UWM-800 is con-structed for winding coils with pre-cutted fleece stripes. The fleece stripes will be winded from the sepa-rate wire dereeler AS 1200 with pre-programmed tension over reverse rolls on the coils. These coils are picked up by a winding spindle.

UWM 40-ATM-S

When using the UWM 40-ATMS combination as a complete system, the insert coils are precisely folded (doubled) in this process. Our process is equipped with a low-maintenance, wear-free braking system. The entire rewinding process of the wire winding system is carried out completely automatically by processing the saved and selected program (up to 500 programs…

WS 70-ATM8

The winding principle of the WS 70-ATM8 is based on a fixed wire guide and a movable or movable bobbin. The bobbin is fixed on one side using a three-jaw clamping system and then pushed into the spindle housing with the movable counter bearing. During the winding process, the counter bearing on the mounted linear…

M-1000 ATM

The winding principle of the M 1000 is based on a fixed wire guide and a movable or movable bobbin. The bobbin is fixed on one side using a three-jaw clamping system and then pushed into the spindle housing with the movable counter bearing.
