UWM 800

The Rewinding machine UWM-800 is constructed for winding coils with pre-cutted fleece stripes.The fleece stripes will be winded from the separate wire dereeler AS 1200 with pre-programmed tension over reverse rolls on the coils. These coils are picked up by a winding spindle.

The constant tape tension is realized by a hysterese brake at the fleece guide.The end of the tape is controlled by an optic sensor.The regular brake system gives a high speed in winding and an even quality.

The dereeler AS 1200 has an support for dereeling for big coils.The whole winding unit is optional equipped with a security fence with light barrier on one side.Its considerable appliances make it possible to match every winding operation. The Device is also suitable for rewinding.The operator works outside of the winding area.All parts of our machines are corrosion resistant. All drives have enough power for a long working life.
