BK 3

This special line configuration consists of a felt tape unwinder FBA_310, the taping head BK3 with control, and the driven felt tape winder FBU_310. Also, with the roller guide for the intermediate insulation. The whole line is protected with a protective cover and a laser grid on the front side.

GWS-2000

The GWS-2000 is used to counter-wind the cable that has been formed into a spiral using the SPM100. MDW-40

The metal gasket winding machine type MDW-40 is designed for the production of metal gaskets with both steel cores and coreless gaskets from profiled steel strips, with or without graphite interlayers. The machine works fully automatically, except for assembly, and has a PLC control.

The electronic speed control allows the winding speed to be continuously adjusted to suit the working conditions. All winding parameters (winding speed, number of turns and coil parameters) are entered via a touchscreen display operator guidance. The winding process takes place automatically in accordance with the saved and selected program (50 programs possible).

RAS 300

The Rasant usually feathers both sides of the insulating material at the same time. If both cutting heads are moved out of the area of ​​the tape, the machine can be used for rewinding.

The Rasant 300 is equipped with electronic power control, which allows the cutting speed to be optimally adapted to the material quality and ensures powerful start-up and adjustment from a standstill. SPM-100

The SPM100 machine is used to form a cable into a spiral of a defined length. For this purpose, the cable is mechanically wrapped around a mandrel. To ensure quick removal and insertion of the mandrel, square folding bearings are used on the drive and counter bearing sides.

The TBD 50 is a tandem bandaging machine that can bandage pipes, rods and ropes with different cross-sections. The winding principle of this machine is: 2 banding heads, each with 2 band unwinding systems. The bandaging process can be carried out either with one or simultaneously with two banding heads.

VM-1200

With the twisting machine VM-1200, wire loops with a maximum length of 1200mm are twisted mechanically. To ensure that the wire ends are held securely, they are clamped hyd-raulically. The clamping pressure can be ad-justed using the included hydraulic unit.
