BD-LP 1500

The machine can be used economically for both series production and repair operations. Looping coils up to a length of 1.5m can be bandaged. Longer coils are possible upon request. In this system, the belt head is designed with three slip-on roller systems. It is therefore possible to apply up to three tapes to the spool at the same time. In addition, the bandaging head is positioned on a rotary table. The rotation of the bandaging head is 310°, which allows the complete banding of the coil. It is transported through the tape head using a spool guide and bandaged in the curves by rotating the tape head through 180° into the curve. The other leg of the coil is then transported in the opposite direction and also bandaged. Integrated band headrests prevent bandaging vibrations during the insulation process and thus enable an exact wrapping pattern. The belt advances continuously. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the continuously adjustable taping speed can be optimally adapted to the working conditions. The tape head is controlled via a PLC control with a servo motor controller. In order to achieve simplified and clearer programming operation, the control panel is equipped with a touchscreen display. To ensure general safety regulations, the winding system can optionally be supplied with a safety fence, light barriers or light scanners.
BD 40

The feed and winding drives can be controlled independently of each other via the control panel for positioning tasks or loading processes in the tipping area.
Using a presettable counter, the machine is automatically stopped once the required tape length has been reached. The newly developed magazines are designed with a locking system that can be opened without additional tools. The handling is very ergonomic and after a short training period, the machine can be operated quickly and productively.
BD-30

The banding head can be moved outwards from its position or adjusted to the center of the coil. This makes it easier to adjust the band head to the core diameter. In order to ensure a uniform winding pattern for the different core and body geometries, the machines are equipped with 2 driven, adjustable feed rollers. The desired percentage overlap is achieved manually using the feed support on the adjustable banding table. The feed is stepless and can also be corrected during bandaging. BD-LP2500_2K

A stationary head with 2 bands and a movable head with 3 bands. Both heads are mounted on an electronic turntable, with the second bandaging head also being linearly movable using a servo motor. This ensures precise head positioning for different needle lengths and guarantees a flawless bandaging process
BD-LP 3000

The BD-LP 3000 is equipped with a taping head that is positioned on a rotary table. The tape feed is stepless. The electronic speed control allows the stepless adjustable taping speed to be optimally adapted to the working conditions. The needle is transported through the tape head using a needle guide and simultaneously taped by swiveling the tape head up to the needle curve. The other leg of the needle is then transported in the opposite direction and taped in the same way. The tape head is controlled by a PLC with a servo motor controller. To achieve simplified and clearer programming, the control panel is equipped with a touchscreen display.
BD-LP 4000

The tape feed is stepless. By using four axes driven by servo motors, all horizontal coil geometries (straight lines, corners and curves) can be moved within a large working area. According to the previously programmed coil contour, the taping process runs in a fully automatic cycle, controlled by a PLC. The tape tension is set to the tape material used and the required insulation quality. The tape head is transported through the needle coil using guide elements. The linear transport and rotation of the taping head automatically produce the protective or base bandage of the needle coil. Integrated tape head supports prevent the banding vibrations that occur during the insulation process and thus enable an exact winding pattern. In order to achieve simplified and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel is equipped with a touchscreen display. To ensure general safety regulations, the winding system can optionally be supplied with a safety fence, light barriers or light scanners. The system can be used for both series production and repair operations.
BM AUSL 1000

The insulating head takes two supply rolls, which realize a sufficiently adjustable, diameter-independent tape tension. Two pneumatic clamping points are used to take up the wound body, one fixed being connected to the steel frame, but the second being designed to be adjustable according to the body length to be wound. On the steel frame there is a support surface for holding the loop coil with a max. Length of 3000mm. The working area of the machine is secured with a protective hood. Furthermore, a diameter-independent, constant belt tension can be set. Insulation is possible in both directions and the number of insulating layers is freely programmable. In addition, the speed of the winding ring can be freely selected. In addition, the tension of the outputs to be wound up can be set up to 500 N.
BMF 0

An electronic counter and an automatic tape cutter are standard. The magazine speed is controlled by a foot pedal, whereby the operator must guide the spool manually. The tape is simultaneously filled into the magazine and wound directly onto the spool body. The compensation slide, which is integrated in the magazine, compensates for the tape length differences per revolution.
BMF-1-S

The taping head enables the tape rolls to be changed quickly and has an open design. The forming rod automatically runs through the programmed taping directions using two support rollers.
The taping head is driven by a three-phase motor. The electronic speed control and reversal of the direction of rotation allow the taping process to be optimally adapted to the working conditions (for example for conical taping attachments and outlets). The table surface is also the winding level for the forming coils.
BMF 3

Various paper, plastic and fabric tapes with a width of 15 – 25 mm as well as other suitable tapes can be processed. The machine is equipped with a continuously electronically adjustable AC drive. The feed drive is electronically coupled. The mechanical support of the hand guide is preset using a continuously variable gear.
BMF-3-BIG

The feed drive is electronically coupled. The mechanical support of the manual guidance is preset using a continuously variable gear.
FBM 1

It can be used to process all common insulating tapes. The insulation process runs automatically, controlled by the PLC, according to the previously programmed coil contour. This means that any program that has been programmed once can be called up again at any time. This means that there is no need to teach the contours again.
To make programming easier and clearer, the control panel has been equipped with a touchscreen display.
The taping speed is infinitely variable and the tape winding head can be regulated in the braking system.
FBM 16-500

In addition to the tape head supports, the system is also equipped with a newly developed, automatically adjustable spool support system, which means that the system runs very smoothly even at high speeds. This ensures an exact winding pattern during the taping process. The system is automated using a 6-axis control system. After the spool contours have been taught, the entire winding process of both legs, including the swiveling of the spool, is controlled electronically.
All winding parameters (teach-in process) are entered via a display operator interface and can be corrected at any time. A PLC in conjunction with a plain text display takes over all control functions. To ensure personal protection during the system’s ongoing taping operation, laser protection devices are integrated in the machine’s working area.

After the coil contours have been taught, the entire winding process of both legs, including the swiveling of the coil, is controlled electronically. All winding parameters (teach-in process) are entered via a display operator interface and can be corrected at any time. A PLC in conjunction with a plain text display takes over all control functions. To ensure personal protection during the system’s ongoing taping operation, laser protection devices are integrated in the machine’s working area. The number of limits depends on the size of the system or can be implemented multiple times at the customer’s request. Extensive accessories enable the system to be upgraded for taping short, straight and curved rods (e.g. generator rods for small generators). For the insulation of long straight and curved rods we recommend our new rod bandaging machine SDBA (info and demo on our homepage).
FBM 20-800

This creates an exact wrapping pattern during the bandaging process. The system is automated using a 6-axis control. After teaching the coil contours, the entire winding process of both legs, including the swiveling of the coil, is controlled electronically.
HBK 30

The hanging bandaging head type HBK 30 represents a real alternative for use instead of automatic bandaging machines. It is characterized not only by its more cost-effective solution but also by its ease of use. In contrast to machines, an operator is always necessary during the production process. Like the automatic banding machines, the banding head also allows all common band qualities to be processed. The head can optionally also be hung on a universal scaffolding system, allowing the operator to bandage all two-dimensional contours quickly and easily. The exact feed during bandaging is achieved by a driven, integrated feed roller system. The bandaging speed is specified by the operator using a continuously adjustable handle.
HBK 40

The hanging bandaging head was developed based on the functionality of the HBK30. However, it was also equipped with a new security system. Forced guidance using a second handle protects the operator from unwanted interference in the work area when bandaging. The banding head, like the banding machines, allows all common band qualities to be processed. The system can be used economically for both series production and repair operations. Decades of experience in building high-performance bandaging machines have been the basis for the development of this device.
HBK 50

It can be wrapped with up to 3 tapes at the same time. Two-hand operation with the help of a second handle prevents the operator from reaching into the wrapping area during the bandaging process. The exact feed during bandaging is achieved by a driven, integrated feed roller system. The bandaging speed is controlled by the operator using a continuously adjustable handle. Depending on the length and shape of the coils, we have a selection of temporary supports with and without tensioning devices in our range. The hanging bandaging heads type HBK represent a real alternative to the use of automatic bandaging machines. They are not only characterized by their more cost-effective solutions, but are also very quiet and easy to use. The system can be used very economically for both series production and repairs. Decades of experience in building high-performance bandaging machines form the basis for the development of this system.
ISO RO

Up to 2 strips can be processed at the same time, even of different strip qualities.
By using six servo-controlled axes, almost all bar geometries can be insulated in a large to very large working area. By clamping it in 2 end supports, the shaped bar is positioned lengthwise for insulation. The winding head, in which the winding ring with the two braked supply spools rotates, is pivoted on a machine body so that it can rotate about the vertical axis. During the insulation process, the winding ring moves transversely in the swivel arm and tilts in the swivel range according to the pre-programmed contour. The control is via a process PLC with a real-time capable multitasking operating system. The operator is guided via an operating panel, i.e. functions are called up via menus on the screen. The coil contour is recorded using a “teach-in” process.
SDBA 10

SDBA-9000

In addition, the bandaging head is equipped with a pneumatically adjustable head support system, which means that the system runs very smoothly even at high speeds. By combining all electronically controlled supports, an exact wrapping pattern is achieved during the bandaging process. Thanks to an electronic speed control, the winding speed is infinitely variable and can therefore be optimally adapted to the respective working conditions. All winding parameters (teach-in procedure) are entered via a display operator prompt and can be corrected at any time. A PLC in conjunction with a plain text display takes over all control functions. In order to ensure personal protection during the ongoing bandaging operation of the system, laser protection devices are integrated into the working area of the machine. The number of limits depends on the size of the system and can also be implemented multiple times at the customer’s request. A wide range of accessories enables optimal adaptation to any bandaging task.
