BMF-4

The machines in the BMF series are taping machines that were specially developed for insulating closed coils, rods or pipes.
The BMF4 is ideal for taping larger ring coils.

The use of additional side tables offers extensive support options during the taping process of very large ring coils.
Large shaped coils, rods and also ring coils with diameters from 400 to 4000 mm can be insulated.

As with all machines in the BMF series, it is characterized by a very robust construction and easy operation.
The driven feed rollers support the manual guidance of the wound goods. The electrically controlled feed ensures a precise overlap. The taping head enables the tape rolls to be changed quickly. It has an open design.
Various paper, plastic and fabric tapes with a width of 10 – 30 mm as well as other suitable tapes can be processed.
