BD-LP 3000

The BD-LP 3000 is a taping machine in a special design for taping looping coils/needle coils; trapezoidal coil winding is also possible. Needle lengths of up to 3m can be taped. Longer coils are also available on request. The BD-LP 3000 is equipped with a taping head that is positioned on a rotary table. The tape feed is stepless.
The electronic speed control allows the stepless adjustable taping speed to be optimally adapted to the working conditions.
The needle is transported through the tape head using a needle guide and simultaneously taped by swiveling the tape head up to the needle curve. The other leg of the needle is then transported in the opposite direction and taped in the same way.
The tape head is controlled by a PLC control with servo motor controller.
In order to achieve a simplified and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel is equipped with a touchscreen display.
