HBK 50

The HBK50 is an inexpensive, simple and easy-to-use bandaging system for the production of lead wires, shaped coils, generator rods, complicated pipe shapes and various other long bandaging parts. Thanks to a new reinforced guide system, larger winding cross-sections can also be wrapped using a hand guide. It can be wrapped with up to 3 tapes at the same time. Two-hand operation with the help of a second handle prevents the operator from reaching into the wrapping area during the bandaging process. The exact feed during bandaging is achieved by a driven, integrated feed roller system. The bandaging speed is controlled by the operator using a continuously adjustable handle.  Depending on the length and shape of the coils, we have a selection of temporary supports with and without tensioning devices in our range. The hanging bandaging heads type HBK represent a real alternative to the use of automatic bandaging machines. They are not only characterized by their more cost-effective solutions, but are also very quiet and easy to use. The system can be used very economically for both series production and repairs.
